چکیده
The use of petro-lubricants in metal forming leads to lamination oxide on the extrudates due temperature increase and reaction base with some elements lubricant, hence resulting poor surface quality end product. non-biodegradability these lubricants also environmental pollution. Although De-oiled Jatropha Caked has been volarised for so many applications, oil left cake it can still be employed other applications. In this paper a bio-solid lubricant is formulated from Black soap (Toilet soap-vegetable oil-based) as additive. seeds were processed ≤ 0.5 um particles size powder de-oiled using Soxhlet apparatus. was then mixed ratios: 90:10, 80:20, 70:30, 60:40 50:50. Each further de-ionized lukewarm water ratio 50:50 by weight produce solid blends B1, B2, B3, B4 B5, respectively. soap-enriched used test coefficient friction mirrored prepared aluminum specimens Ball-on-disc Tribometer. again conduct Extrusion tests Ø25.4 mm 25.4mm alloy billets direct cold extrusion process 2000 KN capacity UT CO821 machine. results showed blend B3 (70:30) recording minimum force values μ=0.732 170.53KN, These reveal that enriched most suitable alloys extrusion.

Utilization Properties of Jatropha De-Oiled Cake for Removal of Nickel (II) from Aqueous Solutions
In the present study, jatropha oil cake (JOC), a waste produced from processing jatropha seeds for biodiesel production, has been investigated for the removal of nickel (II) from aqueous solutions. Jatropha oil cake contains different functional groups that can participate in the metal ion complexation. Jatropha oil cake is used in its natural form (JOCN) as well as in its immobilized form (JOC...

A fixed bed pyrolysis has been designed and fabricated for obtaining liquid fuel from mustard de-oiled cake. Thermal pyrolysis of mustard deoiled cake were carried out in a semi batch reactor made up of stainless steel at temperature range from 450 0 C to 600 0 C and at a rate of 150C /min to produce bio-fuel. The maximum yield of oil was 51% on wt. % basis for mustard de-oiled cake, it was obt...
